The Christian Post recently downloaded the Android 4.0, Ice Cream Sandwich update for the Samsung Galaxy S2 Skyrocket, and the new software appears to have fixed an issue with the Bluetooth.

Upon purchasing the Skyrocket variant of the Galaxy S2, one of the employees at CP had an issue when trying to connect the device to the Bluetooth speaker system in his vehicle.

The Bluetooth function would connect the device to the system, however, it would not allow him to hang up on a call using the cars controls, leaving the driver stuck in the phone call until the speaker system was turned completely off. Once this was done, the user turned his Bluetooth off and then back on and could not get the device to reconnect until leaving and returning to the vehicle.

Now it seems that the device now has the ability to hang up when in a call thanks to the recent Android 4.0, Ice Cream Sandwich update recently issued to the Galaxy S2 Skyrocket.

When connecting the device to the system, the CP employee found that once the call was finished, it could finally be terminated using the hang up button located on the steering wheel. This is extremely helpful, since Bluetooth in an automobile is essential to avoiding accidents and troubles with the law when the driver receives a phone call.

Our employee's case was not unique as plenty of Skyrocket owners took to Android forums to voice their complaints over Bluetooth issues around the time the smartphone was released at the end of last year.
