Pippa Middleton is rumored to be redeveloping her relationship with long-time friend George Percy.

Percy is a super-rich earl who owns the huge castle used as Hogwarts in the "Harry Potter" movie franchise. Percy, as the heir of the Duke of Northumberland in England, will inherit one of the richest dukedoms in Britain. Estimates say that Percy's "worth" stands at approximately half a billion dollars.

The pair went to Edinburgh University together and spent a weekend in Spain last summer with each other.

Reports have cited a source close to the couple as saying, "George is very smitten and completely in love with her. It looks like the Middleton sisters will be completing the double before too long."

Media sources have been quick to point out that should Middleton marry the so-called "Earl of Hogwarts," she would become a duchess, just like her sister Kate Middleton, who married king-to-be Prince William in a huge royal wedding last April.

Pippa Middleton has become a celebrity in her own right but has remained relatively quiet, not granting interviews to anyone. Now, however, two television heavyweights are battling it out to get the first interview with her. Oprah Winfrey has told her people to "pull out all the stops" to get that interview, while Barbara Walters has approved a six-figure deal.

Other talk show hosts interested include Matt Lauer, Ellen DeGeneres and hosts from CBS. One report states that bids of up to $500,000 are being offered to Middleton. The Daily Mail adds that she is currently writing a new book "about entertaining and how to throw the perfect party. It's not just about being the perfect hostess -- it will also include recipes and information about how to host different types of events."

Middleton is a professional party planner for her family's business, Table Talk, and often writes for the company's newsletter. She is expected to be promoting the book soon, hence the increased interest in gaining an exclusive interview. Proceeds from the first interview will be donated to a charity of her choosing.
