Kourtney and Kim Kardashian may have decided on a new Miami mansion for their spinoff reality show.

For the filming of their upcoming "Kim and Kourtney Take Miami" reality show spin off, the pair has decided that it would be best to buy a house this time around opposed to staying in hotels. The girls initially stayed in hotels because it seemed like the more hip thing to do, but now that Kourtney has given birth to her second child, it appears that she has other problems to worry about.

The Miami mansion that the girls have their eye on has been valued somewhere around $6 million, according to TMZ. It comes complete with six bedrooms and six and half bathrooms. The 5,000 square feet property also includes a pool and a 100-inch boat dock.

In all ways it appears that the house is massive. The bedrooms are generous, some large enough to fit up to a three-seat sofa; the kitchen is also spacious with an open layout and a direct view of the ocean. The filming of the reality show will take place for three months.

But the large mansion is not the only home that the girls are looking at, according to TMZ, which reported that the sisters have yet to make up their minds.

The purchase of the home received mixed reviews by some who charged that spending $6 million on a home for three months seemed excessive. Others suggested it wasn't worth the effort because the show is boring anyways.

"Do people actually watch their shows? I stopped watching E! a long time ago because they play the same old Kardashian reruns all day long," AM wrote on the TMZ blog. "They are not interesting. It's completely contrived. Please tell me no one actually enjoys the shows."
