Kim Kardashian has reportedly given E! network producers the green light to go ahead and film her entire pregnancy for her family's popular reality TV show.

The 32-year-old, who is rumored to be 12 weeks along in her first pregnancy, will continue to allow camera crews into her home to ultimately capture some of her most private moments despite being pregnant, according to The Hollywood Reporter. Kardashian is currently expecting her first child with rapper Kanye West.

"Kim and Kanye are an incredibly dynamic couple, and their baby news is just so exciting," E! network president Suzanne Kolb told The Hollywood Reporter in a statement. "Like so many Kardashian fans, we love it when this close-knit family gets even bigger. We look forward to sharing the joy as they prepare for more diapers, more bottle and without a doubt, more fabulous baby wear."

Some media outlets had claimed that Kardashian and West, 35, would not allow any part of their pregnancy experience to be filmed, although Kolb appears to have dispelled those rumors.

Kardashian, who has been dating West for less than a year, confirmed that they are expecting their first child on Monday. West had confirmed the pregnancy one day prior during his Atlantic City concert.

"It's true!! Kanye and I are expecting a baby. We feel so blessed and lucky and wish that in addition to both of our families, his mom and my dad could be here to celebrate this special time with us," Kardashian wrote on her Celebuzz blog. Her late father Robert Kardashian, Sr. died of esophageal cancer in 2003 and West's mother, Donda, passed away four years later.

"Looking forward to great new beginnings in 2013 and to starting a family. Happy New Year!!! Xo," she added.

Fans assume that Kardashian's pregnancy will become a theme on her E! reality TV show and critics suspect that she may even go as far as to give birth on camera like her sister Kourtney, which would undoubtedly boost ratings.

Kardashian, who is still legally married to Kris Humphries, is said to be eager to to finalize their divorce so that she can be free to get engaged to West and ultimately get married for a third time. Her mother Kris Jenner is reportedly pushing the idea of marriage in a bid to maintain juicy plot themes for the show.

"Kris Jenner is ecstatic that Kim is dating Kanye; she can see their celebrity stock and wealth rising by the day," a source close to the Kardashians told RadarOnline.com. "She is pushing hard for Kim to get her claws into Kanye and would love it if he proposed. She has already told Kim that if they make it down the aisle they are going to do it on camera again; there's just too much money to be made for Kris to allow this to be done privately."

"You would think most moms would be keen for their daughter to take it slow, especially seeing as Kim's divorce still isn't finalized from the last fiasco. But, Kris just marks Kris Humphries down as a major mistake to be forgotten and is eager for Kim to move on to bigger and better things, which, she believes, Kanye definitely is," the source added.
