As their relationship continues to make headlines, new reports this week indicate the both Kim Kardashian and Kanye West are selling their homes and plan to move in together.

The news, reported by both TMZ and Life & Style, sparked rumors that the pair could be planning to be living together very soon.

Kardashian is selling her home as a pocket listing, meaning it is not officially available on real estate documents. The lot is available for $5 million.

West has also informed realtors that he wishes to sell his Los Angeles home, also as a pocket listing, for $4 million.

The pair is rumored to be looking for a gated rental home, according to Perez Hilton.

A source close to Kardashian confirmed that while the reality star's home is in the market, Kardashian is not planning on moving in with West, according to E! News.

"She needs more privacy," explained the insider of Kardashian's plans to move.

Kardashian and West have made numerous headlines since their relationship emerged two months ago. More recently, the superstars have been spotted together during a trip to London as well as at this year's Cannes Film Festival.

It is heavily speculated that the reality television star and rapper's relationship is getting more serious as more rumors have suggested the couple have discussed marriage.

"They're seriously talking marriage… and yes, she would," said an insider speaking to Us Weekly.

Moreover, the source added that West is ready to start a family with Kardashian.

"Kanye can't wait to see her carrying his child," said the insider. "He says she will look beautiful pregnant."

Kardashian has even befriended Beyonce, the wife of West's friend and music associate Jay-Z. The ladies were together backstage after Beyonce's performance in Atlantic City, N.J., over the weekend.

"Kim thought it was such a great show," an insider told US Weekly. "There's always some random rumors that there is tension between them and there totally isn't! Kim had so much fun."

Then later that night Beyonce and Kardashian danced together, according to the magazine.
