The third man who recently accused John Travolta of sexual assault has filed a lawsuit against the actor claiming that he was sexually assaulted in 2009 and offered thousands of dollars to stay quiet.

Chilean-born Fabian Zanzi, a former employee of the Royal Caribbean cruise ship, was in charge of VIP guests at the time that Travolta allegedly made sexual advances toward him and he is seeking unspecified damages over the incident, according to TMZ.com.
Travolta, 58, allegedly asked Zanzi for a neck massage when the cruise ship worker delivered his meal to his room.

Zanzi claims that when he reached for Travolta's neck, the married father dropped his robe and exposed his erect penis before forcefully embracing him.

"Take me, I will take care of you, please," Travolta allegedly told Zanzi after calling him "beautiful."

Zanzi, who rejected $12,000 from the actor to keep quiet, claims that he contacted the cruise ship management to complain after the incident, but they were unwilling to properly assist him.

The lawsuit comes just weeks after it was revealed that the "Hairspray" actor's attorney, Marty Singer, is currently in settlement talks with at least one of Travolta's seven sexual assault accusers.

Travolta has been accused of sexual assault by at least seven men in recent weeks, and while Singer has denied the accusations he is said to be negotiating a settlement with at least one accuser to drop an existing claim against his client.

"John Travolta's lawyer is currently in settlement talks with one of the accusers. The goal is to have a settlement reached very quietly and quickly because John just wants this scandal to go away," a source close to the situation told RadarOnline.com.

"No money has been paid yet, but it's almost a done deal. It will be an out of court settlement and John Travolta's name won't even be in the agreement to ensure complete confidentiality, along with a clause that states if the man ever goes public with his story, he will be sued for at least twice the amount of the settlement," the insider added.

Singer recently dismissed Zanzi's lawsuit as "ludicrous" and claims that the cruise ship worker's story is inconsistent.

"The lawsuit's ridiculous claims are completely contradicted by what Mr. Zanzi told his employer back in 2009 when he was being disciplined for his own violations of company policy," Singer said in a statement.

"In his handwritten report three years ago, the only physical contact he claimed occurred was allegedly touching my client's neck. The inappropriate conduct he alleges in his lawsuit is absent from his written report he submitted at the time. That glaring omission speaks volumes," he added.
