Jeremy London is homeless and has been charged with domestic battery, according to reports filed by his ex-wife Melissa Cunningham.
The charges of battery were filed in Palm Springs, California after an incident in November. Cunningham alleges that London pulled her hair and was violent during an altercation involving the couple's son, Lyrik. The paperwork filed by Cunningham lists London as "transient," and without residence, though his representative flatly denies all charges.
"The allegation for which this charge against Jeremy London is being filed is false and no such abuse occurred. Jeremy London is not homeless and never has been. He lives in Los Angeles and was visiting the Palm Springs area when the incident occurred. This clerical error is reflective of the overall mishandling of this case by both the Palm Springs Police Department and the DA's office."
London and Cunningham have had a rocky relationship since the very beginning, with restraining orders being filed on two separate occasions. Each alleges that London was the aggressor. Police have yet to arrest London, though they have filed paperwork requesting an arrest warrant.
London is well known for his roles on hit shows such as "Party of Five" and "7th Heaven," in which he played a minister. He was also featured on "Celebrity Rehab" with Dr. Drew Pinsky after revealing that he had an addiction to painkillers.
He made headlines last year when he went to police with a story of being kidnapped and forced to take drugs. Police then arrested Brandon Adams and charged him with kidnapping, robbery and vehicle theft. He pled not guilty, which led many to express their doubts about London's story.

London maintained his innocence and expressed his own outrage at the reaction, especially that of his twin brother, Jason, who doubted the story's validity "This actually did happen to me. It was one of the worst days in my life." Adams later changed his plea and is currently serving time in prison.
Fans have taken to Twitter to voice their support for London, with user Miranda Jackson tweeting, "Your true fans no (sic) the truth! Just take care of you and that cute little boy!" London has responded: "thank u (sic), it's all nonsense."
