Non-believers will meet a more peaceful death according to Harold Camping’s latest prediction of the End of the World. He has not pulled back on his Friday, Oct. 21 deadline.

This is the fourth time the eccentric founder of the popular Family Radio network has forecast Doomsday. This most recent prediction now says non-believers will simply "cease to exist."

The previous May 21st prognostication for the Rapture was a “spiritual” one, Camping has said.

In May, Camping followers were told to sell their possessions and get ready for the Second Coming of Christ, leaving many followers broke.

Camping later adjusted his original prophesy which foretold that 200 million people were supposed to be raptured on May 21 and that wars, earthquakes, fires and plagues would occur. He said that while the May 21 date was a “spiritual” rapture, the October 21 date would mark the literal end of the world.

In a more recent statement, Camping said, “We can be sure that the whole world, with the exception of those who are presently saved (the elect), are under the judgment of God, and will be annihilated together with the whole physical world on October 21, 2011.”

Luckily for those who do not believe, the Oct. 21 rapture will be quick and painless, according to the ailing broadcaster.

It should be noted that Harold Camping did not sell his possessions in preparation for any of his four predictions of the Second Coming.
