Recently recovered Demi Moore may be headed back to rehab as reports Friday indicate her daughters' concern.

"[Moore's daughter's] are so concerned about their mum that they're considering if they should stage an intervention," reported RadarOnline.com.
An "intervention" would imitate the television series on AETV where addicts are faced with the realities of their drug addiction while their family gathers around them.
Following her split from actor Ashton Kutcher in November, Moore grew increasingly thin. In December, the "Striptease" star entered a treatment facility for "exhaustion" while it was rumored that she had suffered seizures after using unknown drugs.
Ahead of seeking treatment, Moore's behavior was erratic and unhealthy. The 49-year-old actress' children fear she may be headed back toward those behaviors, according to RadarOnline.
"Demi has been doing things that make them worry that maybe she isn't staying sober and they're not happy about her behavior," said the source.
"They don't know what to do to help her, and they're starting to wonder if she needs help again," the insider added of Rumer, 24, Scout, 20, and Tallulah, 18.
According to the insider, Moore has a rocky relationship with her children today.
"Demi's girls are going to get help for their mum no matter what, but their relationship with her is so strained right now that it is hard to get anything done," the source noted.
Despite their mother's woes, Scout Willis recently had some trouble of her own. While in New York City's Union Square earlier this month, the college student was arrested for underage drinking and using a fake ID.
She was released without bail and ordered to return to Manhattan Criminal Court on July 31.
