One week after filing for bankruptcy, Casey Anthony may now consider taking a job as a paralegal, her attorney says.

The mother, who was acquitted of killing her 2-year-old daughter over two years ago, has become so familiar with the legal system that she may now be considering a position within.

"I truly believe that she has a lot of skills," her current lawyer, Charles Greene, said in an interview with ABC. "She's better than many paralegals I know. She could be a paralegal or something like that right away. She is very organized, a very intelligent, very computer savvy person, so I think her skills and her desire may lie somewhere in that field."

Anthony's recent bankruptcy filing revealed that she has not held a job for over three years although her legal fees have continued to accrue. Overall, she owes up to $800,000 according to court documents. But Anthony may have a difficult time working openly in the public.

The 26-year-old has been in hiding since her acquittal trial due to angry threats over her release. A number of people continue to think that Anthony is guilty of murdering her daughter. Last year Anthony suggested that she would leave the country the first chance she got.

Anthony is still finishing off her year of probation that resulted from unrelated charges to the Caylee Anthony case. She was also still facing two counts of lying to authorities; two charges were lifted last week. Anthony's lawyers have argued that she is now feeling guilty for not being able to settle her debts.

"To some extent she feels, she feels bad that she's having to have all these legal services provided to her and she is unable to compensate anyone," Andy Chmelir told CNN. "So she wants closure more than anything else."

Others believe that the bankruptcy is a maneuver to avoid other civil suits that Anthony is currently facing.

"This most recent filing appears to be yet another calculated delay tactic," Matt Morgan told Central Florida News 13. "We are not deterred and will stay the course."
